In the name of the Trinity
the Father and the Son
and the Holy Spirit, one in essence;
O true light, which enlightens
every man
that cometh into the world.
Hail to thee, O Mary: the pure dove
who has born for us
God the Logos.

Christ our Saviour came and has borne
suffering,
that through His passion
He may save us.
Let us glorify Him
and exalt His Name
For He has done us mercy
according to His great mercy.
